At the Ironheart Foundation, we use physical movement, exercise and sport to empower, transform and positively impact lives that have been affected by heart disease. We do this by creating programs that emphasize:
Social Engagement and Community - Patient Referral - Scholarship
The Ironheart Scholarship Program provides financial support to students who have personally been affected by heart disease and who have used physical movement, exercise and/or sport to improve their lives and inspire others.
This is Ironheart’s way to now kickstart their hearts into higher education!
The purpose of this program is to offer students a platform to share their story while alleviating some of the financial burden facing them as they pursue higher education. Awards will be a minimum of $500 and could be much higher, depending on tax-deductible donations received by the Ironheart Foundation. At least 3 scholarships will be awarded per application cycle.
We will review each and every applicant, One Beat at a Time!
Applications open for the 2018-2019 Ironheart Scholarship Program in November, 2018 and close on Feb 28, 2019.
